This position offers a unique chance to collaborate with the Head of Private Fund Secondaries. You will facilitate secondary transactions, support relationship-building with fund managers and investors, and manage the overall fund transfer process. You'll also prepare marketing materials and keep track of a agile deal pipeline to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships with fund lifecycle stakeholders
• Prospect and engage potential GPs and LPs effectively
• Oversee all aspects of the secondary transfer process




• Prepare pitches and proposals for external stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date records in the deal pipeline and CRM

Requirements:
• 2-4 years in venture capital or related finance sectors
• Strong skills in high-volume prospecting and lead generation
• Proven track record in creating high-quality marketing collateral
• Excellent organizational skills under tight deadlines
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or to be obtained
