Handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for properties within the portfolio
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
Prioritize and conduct portfolio business and projects in a timely manner
Manage projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors generated by the portfolio
Create meeting agendas and conduct meetings, including some required evening meetings
Follow up with accurate meeting minutes
Administer portfolio financial matters, including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review and coding
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act
3 years’ experience in condominiums
2 years’ experience with reciprocal and shared agreements
Knowledge of financial and budgetary management
Knowledge of insurance
Experience with resident and Board of Director relations
Knowledge of property inspection and Board meeting expectations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations
Must have Condominium Management General License
