In this crucial position, you'll maintain the yard organization and assist with shop activities at Herc Rentals’ Burnaby branch. Your tasks include loading and unloading rental equipment, verifying equipment status, and preparing it for maintenance. You will also perform inspections and light maintenance while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities: • Load and unload rental equipment accurately • Stage equipment for maintenance and repair activities • Perform equipment quality inspections • Wash and conduct function checks on equipment • Maintain organization within the yard
Requirements: • Valid Class 5 Driver’s license • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Yard or operational experience in rental yard • Construction-related experience preferred • Previous experience repairing small tools is a plus
