Armco is hiring a Building Operator in Calgary to oversee secure, efficient operation of commercial properties. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs, while addressing tenant requests and coordinating with contractors.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BAS/BMS systems, plus a valid driver’s license. Knowledge of Alberta safety codes and CMMS use is essential.
