As part of WSP's Rail & Transit team, you will report to the Lead Engineer, supporting multidisciplinary projects. This role involves taking ownership of control system designs and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Key activities include developing control strategies and creating essential design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design advanced control strategies for subway systems • Prepare control documentation and technical reports • Develop electrical control panel layout drawings • Maintain comprehensive Bills of Materials for projects • Perform technical reviews and support project integration
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related science • 5+ years’ experience in designing control systems • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and DCS architectures • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols • Professional Engineer designation or ability to obtain it
