Enhance your expertise as a Trade Settlements Specialist with AIMCo, focusing on ensuring timely and accurate settlements of investment transactions. This role is hybrid and spans 12 months.

With at least 4 years in the investment industry, you will integrate into AIMCo’s esteemed Investment Operations team. Your work will encompass the settlements of various securities while coordinating with brokers and internal teams to mitigate trade discrepancies. You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining and documenting standard operating procedures, ensuring both compliance and efficiency in trade processing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate settlement of listed investment transactions
• Investigate discrepancies between trades and brokers




• Manage all aspects of Repo and FX trading settlements
• Support internal asset movements to minimize borrowing rates
• Create and maintain trade instructions within key systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of related investment experience
• Knowledge of investment regulations and practices
• Familiarity with Aladdin and TradeNexus beneficial
• Solid analytical problem-solving abilities
