You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure the readiness of products while managing performance metrics throughout their lifecycle. Your input will be crucial in sustaining industrial maturity and driving best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure product industrialization from prototype to maintenance
• Monitor and report on industrial maturity for product lines
• Conduct Technical Design Reviews for design accuracy
• Train production workers during design phases
• Investigate and resolve incidents or non-conformities
Requirements:
• Engineering degree is required
• 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
