Reporting to the Director of Transactional Services and Credit, you will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable teams. Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential to navigate issues and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. Leadership is key as you will motivate your team to deliver uncompromising service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily activities of AP and AR staff
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
• Address vendor and invoicing inquiries efficiently
• Support external audit requests as needed
• Contribute to corporate projects and team training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
• Relevant AR/AP experience
• Familiarity with general ledger systems
