As the Laboratory Manager, you will play a critical role in the Western Advanced Materials Foundry. This onsite position commands expertise in laboratory operations and a familiarity with various scientific techniques. You will work closely with faculty and students to ensure adherence to safety protocols while managing supplies and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational excellence of the nanofabrication facility
• Conduct health and safety inspections for compliance
• Control inventory and monitor supply levels accurately
• Facilitate staff training on laboratory instruments
• Support the development of operational protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in research laboratories
