This full-time role requires you to assist the Senior Revenue Operations Manager with daily operations in Salesforce and integrated tools. You will manage tasks related to data hygiene, basic reporting, and user support, ultimately enhancing the performance of our sales, marketing, and events teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in user administration and account setups
• Maintain data hygiene through updates and deduplication
• Help create basic reports and dashboards for teams
• Support senior staff in testing workflow changes
• Document and update operating procedures and knowledge base
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Salesforce support experience
• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data tasks
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management
• High attention to detail and effective communication
• Solid desire to learn about CRM and process improvements
