This role reports to the FP&A; Director and emphasizes strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The Senior Financial Analyst will engage with Finance Business Partners while creating management reporting packages, partnering with operational teams to enhance financial strategies. Collaboration, compliance, and coaching Financial Analysts are also key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare management reporting packages and KPIs




• Partner with teams to interpret financial results
• Ensure compliance with accounting systems and resolve issues
• Present financial insights clearly to senior leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3-5 years in operations finance experience
• CPA certification or near-completion an asset
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with large-scale Enterprise Reporting systems
