In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of initiatives that promote successful pathways into construction for marginalized women. Your leadership will focus on program management, community partnerships, and effective team dynamics, designed to meet the needs of participants in this essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for the Build HER Future project
• Oversee project execution, including training and credential support
• Ensure successful reporting and compliance with funders
• Cultivate relationships within the construction industry
• Implement strategies to meet program objectives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree; Master's preferred
• Minimum five years progressive leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment barriers faced by newcomers
• Bilingualism required
• Experience in a unionized environment welcome
