In this role, you will be part of the initial ramp-up team, collaborating closely with key stakeholders including the Senior Manager of Procurement and Volkswagen Group Canada. You will manage procurement processes, ensure effective risk assessments, and serve as a liaison among PowerCo, VW Group North America, and Germany. Your contribution is vital as you shape purchasing strategies and optimize supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee procurement of general goods and services
• Manage supplier onboarding activities in purchasing systems




• Source and negotiate single orders and framework contracts
• Evaluate purchasing strategies and present results
• Mentor new hires through the ramp-up phase

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years in Purchasing and Contract Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in strategic procurement presentations
• Ability to work in quick-paced environments
