Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Serve as a legal advisor to the Sales team
• Provide HR with employment law guidance
• Identify and recommend solutions for legal risks

Requirements:
• J.D. or LL.B. credential from a recognized law school
• 1-5 years of legal experience in relevant fields
• Membership with the Law Society of Ontario is essential
• Solid experience in commercial contract negotiations
• Preferred knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
