In the Center for Academic Success, the Student Success Coach will collaborate with students to enhance their learning experiences and work towards their goals. You'll provide tailored coaching that instills resilience, motivation, and effective strategies vital for their overall success. Additionally, you will connect students with faculty and campus resources that enrich their educational journey and promote career exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate individual coaching sessions for goal setting
• Teach student success and life design courses




• Co-create workshops for academic and career advancement
• Partner with campus teams for integrated support systems
• Utilize Navigate360 for tracking student outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Higher Education or equivalent
• Background in coaching, advising, or mentoring
• Ability to connect with a diverse student body
• Familiarity with academic success practices
• Passion for holistic student development
