The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of electrical codes and instrumentation, along with a knack for analyzing proposals and drawings. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop full estimates across different contract formats
• Consult with teams to align on labor and material costs
• Participate in site visits and client discussions
• Review subcontractor proposals and assist in negotiations
• Prepare detailed estimate plans and schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of electrical estimating experience
• Journeyperson Electrician qualifications required
• Accubid and Bluebeam experience an asset
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Solid time-management and customer service skills
