Key Responsibilities:
• Develop quarterly and annual audited financial reports
• Prepare financial reporting for lenders and internal stakeholders




• Tackle complex accounting issues and disclose accordingly
• Provide necessary documentation to external auditors
• Monitor compliance with credit and tax equity agreements

Requirements:
• At least four years of relevant experience
• Active pursuit of CPA designation
• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented capabilities
• Familiarity with credit agreements in a multinational setting
