PNR RailWorks is searching for a skilled Thermite Welder to engage in the building and maintenance of railroad tracks. You will be responsible for performing critical inspections, routine maintenance, and equipment operation, ensuring adherence to safety policies in all tasks. This position is central to maintaining the integrity and safety of track infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute track maintenance and welding duties
• Analyze work pieces and enforce quality control measures
• Conduct preventative maintenance on welding equipment
• Inspect for fault operations and raise necessary alerts
• Keep accurate reports of maintenance tasks and costs

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant welding experience
• Profound knowledge of Thermite welding processes
• Certified in RailWorks Contractor Orientation
• Background in general railroad operations
• Experience managing welder helpers
