Elevate sustainability efforts as a Sustainability Specialist focused on environmental management and legislative compliance. Join us in promoting corporate responsibility across Manitoba.

In this role, you will be pivotal to the development and administration of sustainable practices within the corporation. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will assess the environmental impact of activities, contribute to certification processes, and ensure compliance with provincial laws. Your skills in data analysis and stakeholder engagement will help drive targeted improvements and achieve corporate environmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and report on environmental performance metrics
• Coordinate audits related to waste management strategies




• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Develop long-term sustainability plans with leadership
• Monitor compliance with sustainability certifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or similar
• At least two years in sustainable development roles
• Knowledge of LEED and green building practices
• Proficient in Microsoft software tools
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License
