• Troubleshoot and enhance Solution Center capabilities
• Assess EDI transactions and their business impacts
• Develop complex SQL queries for data insights

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years in analyst or support positions
• Proficient in SQL and relational database management
• Familiarity with Qlik or BI tools for reporting
• Understanding of EDI transactions and business processes
