Key Responsibilities:
• Manage prosecution duties for charges arising from investigations
• Advise on legal matters to law enforcement agencies
• Represent the Crown in court proceedings
• Execute directives from the Chief Crown Attorney
• Travel throughout the Western Region as required

Requirements:
• Membership with the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society or eligibility
• At least one year of criminal litigation experience
• Comprehensive understanding of evidence and criminal law
• Readiness to travel for job commitments
• Supply a current Certificate of Standing when necessary
