Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of roof membranes
• Clear debris and ensure drainage systems stay functional




• Execute minor roof repairs and flashing replacements
• Maintain detailed records for maintenance work
• Operate Aerial Work Platforms and forklifts as necessary

Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification as Roofer or Carpenter needed
• Valid BC class 5 driver’s license required
• Related experience in roofing and carpentry
• Capable of working independently with minimal guidance
