Become a key player in chemical safety at Shell as a Process Engineer for Ethyl Benzene and Styrene Units. Ensure optimized operations focusing on environmental sustainability and unit reliability.

This role requires a proactive individual to support the day-to-day operations of Shell's Ethyl Benzene and Styrene Monomer Units. As a Process Engineer, you will work with various stakeholders to mitigate risks, improve operational processes, and maintain compliance with critical safety limits, all while being involved in long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze shift performance logs for operational insights
• Conduct and lead alarm management initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational performance metrics




• Collaborate with engineering teams on unit improvements
• Prepare inputs for compliance and production reports

Requirements:
• Authorized to work in Canada and P.Eng eligibility
• 4+ years of experience in refining or chemical industry
• Familiarity with process control theories and methodologies
• Proven problem-solving and communication abilities
• Skilled in utilizing analytical tools and models
