Support the Welded Products Manager in driving engineering activities and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with CAD tools, engineering drawings, and industry-specific standards, making impactful contributions to product innovation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management to mentor and execute engineering tasks
• Facilitate product development from concept to production
• Use SolidWorks for creating and reviewing technical documentation




• Develop quality documentation including Control Plans and test plans
• Enhance welding processes related to certification and compliance

Requirements:
• P.Eng license in Ontario required
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum two years in a manufacturing setting
• SolidWorks proficiency; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with welding standards and inspection processes
