Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily functions of portfolio buildings
• Address resident issues and improve service quality




• Achieve full occupancy through proactive leasing
• Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines
• Train and manage a team of in office staff

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in property management
• Familiarity with the Residential Tenancy Act
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices
• Skills in Microsoft Office and Yardi software
