Duties

- Oversee virtual shipping operations, including order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and coordinate deliveries
- Manage shipping & receiving tasks by scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, and confirming delivery statuses
- Operate equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts safely to load and unload goods in a warehouse setting
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by verifying product quantities, inspecting packaging quality, and maintaining proper documentation




- Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to optimize storage space and streamline order picking processes
- Maintain detailed records of all shipping activities, inventory movements, and equipment usage

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse management system (WMS), shipping & receiving, or warehouse distribution roles
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating reach trucks or similar equipment
- Familiarity with MRP systems like AS400 for inventory control and order processing
- Robust understanding of warehouse processes including order picking, load & unload procedures, and packaging standards
- Basic math skills for calculating quantities, weights, and measurements accurately
- Experience with e-commerce fulfillment platforms is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, and standing for extended periods
