Responsibilities

- Supervise volunteer activities, providing guidance, support, and recognition to maintain high morale
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments across multiple projects or events to maximize efficiency
- Lead public speaking engagements and outreach efforts to promote volunteer opportunities within the community
- Collect data on volunteer participation, feedback, and program outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Manage administrative tasks related to volunteer records,
including tracking hours, certifications, and compliance documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising teams or managing projects with a focus on volunteer or community programs
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and promote initiatives
- Excellent project management abilities to organize multiple activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Background in marketing or outreach strategies to attract new volunteers and raise awareness of programs
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Experience in data collection and analysis to evaluate program success and identify areas for growth
- Solid administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and handling logistics efficiently
- Previous recruiting experience coupled with teaching or training skills to educate volunteers effectively
