Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties such as processing payments and giving correct change.




- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions.

Skills . Speak chinese ( Cantonese or Mandarin.)

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong guest service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order entry and cashiering.
- Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and team members.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting with a positive attitude, showcasing hospitality excellence at all times.
