This is a working supervisor role with about 75% hands-on fabrication and 25% coordination and leadership, designed for a senior fabricator ready to grow into a formal supervisor.

You will be the go-to technical resource, sharing knowledge and driving secure, quality fabrication. You will oversee day-to-day shop activities, schedule work, translate drawings to workflows, and
