In this full-time role, you will lead the implementation of clinical digital tools, EMR systems, and lab technologies in a multi-site healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end digital tool deployment and EMR implementation • Develop a scalable implementation playbook for the TFP network • Track timelines, milestones,



and go-live readiness for rollouts • Conduct hands-on training sessions for clinic staff • Implement and refine documentation for each deployment

Requirements: • 5+ years in healthcare IT or clinical system implementation • Proven experience with EMR rollouts in clinical settings • Solid project management and communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts to clinical staff • Familiarity with digital health product adoption is an asset
