This volunteer role is perfect for someone who is compassionate and dependable, overseeing 50 volunteers while caring for up to 8 adoptable cats. Your leadership will make a difference in both volunteer engagement and the lives of the cats we support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the Cat Room at PetSmart
• Schedule and coordinate monthly volunteer shifts
• Ensure cleanliness and care standards for all cats
• Provide guidance and support to volunteers regarding policies
• Welcome and assist potential adopters visiting the center

Requirements:
• Experience with cat care preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills with diverse groups
• Access to transportation and reliable attendance
• Ability to handle light cleaning and lift up to 25 lbs
