Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in the operations of the CEO Office. Your proactive nature and exceptional organizational capabilities will be essential for managing schedules, communications, and detailed documentation to enable smooth execution of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee scheduling and logistics for executive meetings
• Draft correspondence and executive documents with attention to detail
• Prepare necessary reports and presentations for meetings




• Manage travel and itinerary planning for executives
• Facilitate communication between the Executive Office and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in office or business administration
• 1-3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Strong judgment when handling confidential matters
