In this permanent, full time role, you will manage comprehensive housing programs dedicated to youth. Your leadership will assist in reducing barriers and promoting equitable access to resources in collaboration with key stakeholders. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case management for youth housing
• Engage with community housing partners and stakeholders
• Design and implement effective youth-focused programs
• Conduct operational planning and budget oversight
• Monitor program funding and evaluations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
• At least three years’ experience working with youth
• Leadership experience in a non-profit sector setting
• Training in clinical counseling or similar approaches
• Comprehensive understanding of youth housing issues
