In this full time role, you will focus on health and safety practices across TBS Retail and Logistics. Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, your responsibilities will include conducting site audits, delivering training sessions, and fostering a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health and safety adherence at all locations
• Identify hazards and promote safety performance
• Lead training initiatives for all personnel
• Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments
• Support return-to-work processes with Disability Management

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety
• Post-secondary degree in related field required
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Knowledge of applicable OHS legislation
• Experience in unionized environments is preferred
