Key Responsibilities:
• Administer injections and clinical services
• Provide thoughtful medication counseling and clinical care
• Deliver opioid agonist therapy services, including methadone
• Conduct minor ailment assessments and prescribing
• Collaborate with a skilled technical support team
Requirements:
• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (Part A register)
• Experience or willingness in methadone/OAT
• Minor ailment prescribing training preferred
• Exceptional clinical judgment and detail orientation
• Qualified communication skills; French considered an asset
