In this strategic position as Head of Reporting and Compliance, you will hold significant responsibilities within the senior leadership team of InnovationRCA. Your expertise will drive financial reporting, compliance adherence, and budget management for the organization and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the Director of InnovationRCA, you will ensure meticulous governance and financial stewardship within the RCA Design & Innovation S/EIS Investment Fund.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the compliance expert for all related matters
• Manage statutory compliance and Company Secretarial tasks




• Oversee daily financial operations and budget approvals
• Assist in financial forecasting and variance analysis
• Create comprehensive reports for management and external bodies

Requirements:
• Qualified accountant with extensive compliance experience
• Proven skills in financial management and reporting
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Experience in working with investment funds preferred
• Understanding of the higher education landscape is an asset
