This Analyst position reports to the Manager of Product Operations and Implementation at Fidelity. You'll engage with Product Development/Solutions and Operations teams to facilitate project management, ensuring smooth product launches and effective communication. Strong organizational skills are essential to meet project timelines and deliverables across various business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating project plans and timelines
• Deliver product roadmap updates to stakeholders
• Develop project plans for initiation deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams for resource planning
• Conduct post-project review debriefs with partners
Requirements:
• 2+ years of mutual fund or investment experience
• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• PMP designation is a plus
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational aptitude
