A background in engineering or substantial experience in the construction industry is essential. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct overall project management and execution phases
• Prepare purchase orders and manage subcontracts
• Liaise with Project Designer and external consultants




• Address conflicts involving subcontractors or suppliers

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in engineering or 5 years' experience
• Comprehensive understanding of business and legal principles
