WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to help coordinate the Learning and Development efforts for our Quality and Operations team.
This is an on-site 1-year contract role based at our Eastside Manufacturing Facility in Etobicoke.
PAY RANGE
The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Map out and assist in coordinating global educational and training events
Support administrative tasks specific to our intranet site Thrive, daily reporting as needed
Lead in administrative tasks for the learning and development team supporting Sr Managers
Maintain schedules and coordination to stay on top of various business communications
Support L&D; operations and assist in design implementation when needed
Track all training, survey and evaluation responses, and reports for Quality and HR L&D;
Assist with AI research and development of new learning tools and methods to help modernize learning
Work with Sr Manager to support reporting on Learning and Development key metrics for Eastside( Manufacturing ) & People dashboards.
Assist with facilitating learning through a variety of delivery methods
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
Knowledge of adult learning principles, interactive learning design, and blended learning techniques (instructor-led, eLearning, self-paced, etc.)
Understanding of AI principles that include Gemini and Pilot
Familiarity with popular authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, etc.) is required to support learning design.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing high-volume environment with tight deadlines. Flexibility is key.
Strong skills and experience with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
A “can-do” attitude and outstanding attention to detail
