You will report to the Superintendent of Human Resources and support the mine's ongoing operations. As the mine ramps up production, your strategic insights will shape HR practices on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main HR contact for operational matters
• Provide guidance on policy development and implementation
• Collaborate with safety and healthcare personnel as needed




• Manage HR programs related to talent and performance
• Facilitate change management initiatives across the organization

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce
• 5+ years in HR, with operational experience preferred
• Solid background in recruitment and employee relations
• CHRP or Master's degree is preferred
• Proven ability in complex HR situations
