In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct clinical services and confidential counselling as part of the Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP). Your contributions will help foster a path towards better mental health and well-being for clients. The role may involve evening or Saturday work to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver EFAP services including counselling and assessments
• Create treatment plans and maintain progress notes
• Develop action-oriented service plans for clients




• Manage case assignments while ensuring accountability
• Require evening and/or Saturday availability

Requirements:
• Master’s in Counselling, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed with the relevant governing body
• At least 3 years of relevant counseling experience
• Knowledge of assessment and crisis management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
