As a Program Consultant, your primary responsibilities will involve clinical assessments and tailored treatment recommendations. You'll be instrumental in designing behavior intervention programs while also training mediators in effective behavior management techniques. Additionally, you will facilitate the evaluation of educational workshops for parents and local agencies, supporting their development and understanding of behavioral health best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct effective clinical assessments for diverse populations
• Develop and implement behavior intervention programs




• Train and supervise mediators in behavioral techniques
• Implement ongoing educational sessions for community stakeholders
• Evaluate and improve program efficacy based on feedback

Requirements:
• Active registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers
• Bachelor’s in Social Work and related experience
• Valid driver’s license for travel within the areas
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy in specialized populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
