Join Surrey Memorial Hospital as a Relief Part Time Physiotherapist until approximately June 2027. Work within a dedicated team at Fraser Health focusing on patient care and rehabilitation.

This part-time position requires a registered Physiotherapist to deliver services in alignment with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia standards. You'll assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with other health professionals for comprehensive care solutions. Your role will enhance patient independence and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physiotherapy assessments and interventions
• Engage in care planning with patients and caregivers
• Record and evaluate treatment outcomes




• Provide educational resources to patients and families
• Support quality care through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:
• Current full registration with CPTBC
• Comprehensive knowledge of physiotherapy practices
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Robust organizational skills for managing patient loads
