Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed document reviews and due diligence
• Support in the review of commercial contracts and NDAs
• Work collaboratively with internal legal teams




• Keep current with relevant legislative matters
• Manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on detail

Requirements:
• Licensed to practice law in Ontario
• Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada
• Prior corporate law experience is beneficial but not necessary
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French preferred
