As an HSE Advisor within ABB, you will report to the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment. This position involves applying HSE expertise to foster a culture of safety by implementing effective risk management strategies. You'll facilitate incident investigations to enhance compliance and drive behavioral change across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Report incidents and corrective measures to management
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Provide best practice feedback across the organization
• Drive HSE performance initiatives locally
• Enhance employee behavioral change towards safety

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001
• Valid OHS Management Certificate and First Aid/CPR
• Fluent in French and English for effective collaboration
