This full-time position is based at the Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health & Wellness, with responsibilities that extend to other Osler sites. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a comprehensive donor stewardship program
• Implement cutting-edge recognition tactics for improved donor engagement
• Collaborate on donor communications and stewardship collateral




• Plan impactful donor cultivation events and initiatives
• Ensure meticulous donor record maintenance and reporting

Requirements:
• Degree in fundraising management or a similar field
• Minimum five years in donor relations or capital campaigns
• Experience in health care philanthropy is an asset
• Proven track record of strategic donor engagement
• Excellent leadership and operational skills
