In this permanent role, you will manage comprehensive payroll operations within a supportive People Operations team. By delivering payroll analysis and responding to employee inquiries, you'll drive process improvements and maintain compliance across payroll activities. Your analytical approach and attention to detail are essential for ensuring accurate and timely payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all stages of payroll processing and validations
• Analyze payroll data and investigate any discrepancies




• Respond to employee inquiries and facilitate solutions
• Aid in Workday Payroll administration and continuous improvements
• Organize payroll documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• 2‑4 years of experience in Canadian payroll
• Multi-jurisdictional payroll processing background
• Active or completed PCP designation
• In-depth knowledge of payroll compliance laws
• Advanced Excel capabilities with analytical focus
