• Oversee daily IT support across corporate and field locations
• Provide direction and training to IT team members
• Handle escalated incidents and service requests




• Manage end-user service deployments and equipment recovery
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for smooth operations

Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading IT operations teams
• Deep knowledge of IT support in distributed environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ITIL frameworks
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
