Key Responsibilities:
• Implement educational programs following regulatory standards
• Facilitate skill demonstrations and training for staff




• Oversee clinical learning and provide constructive feedback
• Coordinate Infection Prevention & Control training
• Engage in operational planning for quality improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience in seniors’ care
• Certificate of Gerontological Nursing preferred
• Valid vehicle insurance and driver’s license required
• Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
