This role asks for an experienced Registered Nurse committed to providing holistic care centered on patient and family needs. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will assess patient needs, develop tailored care plans, and work closely with a range of healthcare professionals. Your contributions will enhance the comfort and dignity of patients receiving palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review patient status through various assessment methods
• Collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Champion patient and family education regarding health issues




• Administer care in compliance with established standards
• Document observations and alter care plans as necessary

Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the BC College of Nurses
• Experience in palliative and end-of-life care settings
• Competence in clinical leadership and CPR
• Eagerness for continual professional learning
• Solid teamwork and conflict resolution abilities
